At Firefly Yoga Studio, we are always offering a wide variety of unique events and workshops. Space is limited in every event so please call or stop by the studio to register in advance.
Event: FIREFLY TRAINING GROUP
Details: There are numerous Wichita races that the group participates in throughout race season.
Cost: There is no fee to join … just show up, have fun and run happy.
Dates: We will start our first group run of the 2013 season Monday, February 4th at 5 am. We meet at both the EAST and WEST studios every Monday & Wednesday at 5 am and run 4 miles followed by a 45-minute Hot Yoga Express class at 6 am. You can come for the run, for the class, or for both. Our long run days will be Saturdays. To get the weekly mileage/start time for the long runs, please text Nickki (EAST 316.841.9192) or CJ (WEST 620.705.1276) the day before or check the Facebook post because it will fluctuate depending on the different race training schedules.
Running Pace: We all have a slightly different running pace, but the average pace is about a 9-minute mile. Some are a bit faster, some slower. We ask that you can at least run a 9-minute mile before joining the group.

Details: Please join us for a night of laughter, love and yoga. This will be an hour and a half partner yoga class followed by wine & appetizers. Studio temperatures will be at 85 degrees and Firefly owner, Nickki, will be instructing. Each student will also receive 20% off all retail merchandise on event night.
