Description: Dr. Vicki Dukes will lead an Acupuncture lecture and demonstration. She is 100-hour certified in acupuncture and works at Lakewood Chiropractic on the east side of Wichita.

Mission: Empower local communities to promote prevention and early detection of colon cancer and provide support to those affected.

*5K Walk/Run – 7:30 pm

Event: Yoga & Beer
Description: Yoga & Beer. What more could a person need? Please join us for a yoga class followed by a beer tasting, provided by River City Brewery. Class will be taught by studio owner Nickki, and will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. It will be a Firefly Flow class and studio temperate will be 85 degrees. The beer tasting will be held immediately after class and we will have a local brewer here to answer questions about the different types of beers. Oh, and one more thing… you must be 21 years old to attend.

Event: 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training
Description: Join us as master yoga instructor Renee DeTar leads our students in a 200-hour yoga teacher training course. This course is based on Yoga Alliance standards and will be comprised of 180 hours of studio and classroom time and 20 hours of homework.
